We are happy to announce our participation in WavEC Lisbon 2025<\/strong>, the annual international seminar hosted by WavEC Offshore Renewables<\/a>. This event is established as an essential forum for professionals and leaders in the renewable energy sector<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference will take place on December 4, 2025<\/strong>, at the Museu do Oriente in Lisbon, Portugal<\/strong>. And our COO, David Carrascosa, will participate in Session II – Opportunities for joint industrial development to accelerate offshore wind deployment<\/strong> that is scheduled for 10:30 AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speakers will discuss partnerships across ports, shipyards, OEMs, utilities and SMEs to expand manufacturing and logistics capacity. Examples of regional offshore wind clusters and collaborative innovation (floating foundations, digital tools, O&M) will be highlighted.
The debate will also cover skills development, local value creation and long-term industrial planning.
Finally, the session will examine how regulation and public support can better align with industrial investment timelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, the seminar focuses on the theme: “Portugal and Brazil: Transatlantic Alliance to Boost Floating Wind”<\/strong>, a strategic topic for the global development of clean energy. As WAVEC announced, “this year\u2019s edition takes place at a decisive moment for offshore wind in the Atlantic. Focus has now shifted toward defining conditions needed to make floating wind both cost-competitive and sustainable. Meanwhile, Brazil\u2019s energy sector is moving steadily forward, with major oil and gas players including Petrobras investing in feasibility studies, pilot initiatives and early regulatory frameworks”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
