We will join the\u00a0Floating Offshore Wind Turbines (FOWT)<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0conference, taking place from\u00a0March 24\u201326, 2026<\/strong>, at\u00a0Le Corum Congress Center<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0Montpellier, France<\/strong>. Organized by\u00a0P\u00f4le Mer M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0France Renouvelables<\/strong>, FOWT stands as the world\u2019s largest event fully dedicated to floating offshore wind, gathering more than 1,400 professionals from over 30 countries each year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our CCO, Immanuel Capano<\/strong>, is heading to FOWT 2026. He will connect with international stakeholders to drive collaboration on innovation, industrialization, and sustainability in floating offshore wind. Immanuel will also share our vision for the sector, backed by key learnings from our DemoSATH project<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s edition will emphasize\u00a0scaling up floating wind to commercial deployment<\/strong>, with debates on supply chain readiness, environmental integration, and digitalization tools to enhance project design and operation. The agenda will also feature updates on upcoming French tenders<\/strong> and regional projects in the Mediterranean and Atlantic<\/strong>, a key moment as floating wind accelerates toward large-scale implementation in Europe and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saitec Offshore Technologies will be\u00a0represented within the Basque Energy Cluster<\/strong>, which comprises more than 150 companies along the wind energy value chain. Basque organizations have contributed to most offshore wind farms installed to date positioning the\u00a0Basque Country as a global reference in floating wind<\/strong>, home to up to five platform developers and numerous specialized suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As in previous years, participants will also have the opportunity to join\u00a0technical visits<\/strong>\u00a0organized by the\u00a0Occitania \/ Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e region<\/strong>\u00a0will organize\u00a0technical visits<\/strong>\u00a0to showcase regional expertise and infrastructure dedicated to marine renewable energy \u2014 including ports, industrial platforms, and research centers working to expand offshore wind innovation in southern France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
