{"id":1030,"date":"2020-10-28T10:44:53","date_gmt":"2020-10-28T09:44:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/?p=1030"},"modified":"2021-12-20T10:09:56","modified_gmt":"2021-12-20T09:09:56","slug":"demosath-construction-is-set-to-begin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/es\/demosath-construction-is-set-to-begin\/","title":{"rendered":"La construcci\u00f3n de DemoSATH est\u00e1 lista para comenzar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Junto con RWE Renewables, hemos seleccionado al operador de infraestructuras l\u00edder <strong>Ferrovial <\/strong>para la <strong>fabricaci\u00f3n y montaje<\/strong> de la <a href=\"https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/es\/sath\/\">Plataforma flotante SATH<\/a> en el <strong>el Proyecto DemoSATH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El paquete de construcci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de 14 meses y cubre la <strong>preparaci\u00f3n del sitio, prefabricado de hormig\u00f3n, adquisici\u00f3n de mamparos de acero y montaje del flotador junto con la gesti\u00f3n de la cadena de suministro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-left is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Este es el primer proyecto e\u00f3lico marino flotante de Ferrovial y representa una gran oportunidad para a\u00f1adir valor al proyecto, bas\u00e1ndonos en nuestra experiencia en construcci\u00f3n marina y estructuras emblem\u00e1ticas de hormig\u00f3n pretensado. Adem\u00e1s, este proyecto tiene un gran componente de innovaci\u00f3n, no solo por los materiales sino tambi\u00e9n por los procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n y montaje que desarrollar\u00e1.<\/p><cite><strong>Alberto Valle<\/strong>, Director de Construcci\u00f3n de Ferrovial en el Pa\u00eds Vasco<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>DemoSATH <\/strong>ser\u00e1 el primer aerogenerador <strong>multi-megawatt conectada a la Red espa\u00f1ola<\/strong>.  Para el prototipo, la estructura y el aerogenerador de 2MW se montar\u00e1n en el Puerto de Bilbao. La base de la estructura tendr\u00e1 aproximadamente 30 metros de ancho y aproximadamente 64 metros de largo. La plataforma, incluida la turbina, ser\u00e1 remolcada hasta su punto de anclaje en un campo de pruebas (BIMEP) a 2 millas de la costa a una profundidad de 85 metros. L\u00edneas de amarre h\u00edbridas, compuestas por cadenas y fibra, ancladas al fondo marino mantendr\u00e1n en posici\u00f3n el cuerpo flotante. Por lo tanto, DemoSATH no solo est\u00e1 demostrando la viabilidad t\u00e9cnica de la tecnolog\u00eda SATH, sino que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 demostrando c\u00f3mo estas estructuras se pueden producir en masa. Ferrovial es el socio perfecto en el que confiar y asegurarnos de que cumplimos nuestros objetivos<\/p><cite><strong>la presentaci\u00f3n de<\/strong>, Director de Tecnolog\u00eda de Saitec Offshore Technologies<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>La potencia generada por DemoSATH <strong>proporcionar\u00e1 suficiente electricidad anual para satisfacer las necesidades de energ\u00eda de 2.000 hogares<\/strong> y prevendr\u00e1 <strong>emisiones de m\u00e1s de 5.100 toneladas de CO2<\/strong> en la atm\u00f3sfera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como anunciamos en febrero de 2020, <a href=\"https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/es\/rwe-renewables-and-saitec-offshore-technologies-agreement\/\">unimos fuerzas con RWE Renewables en este proyecto<\/a> por lo que la empresa alemana financiar\u00e1 parte de los costos del proyecto y contribuir\u00e1 con su amplia experiencia como el segundo mayor actor en energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica marina a nivel mundial, obteniendo a cambio acceso a los hallazgos resultantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Nos complace ver que el proyecto DemoSATH est\u00e1 entrando ahora en la fase de fabricaci\u00f3n y progresando hacia la instalaci\u00f3n en alta mar en 2022. Vemos un gran potencial para los parques e\u00f3licos flotantes en todo el mundo, especialmente en pa\u00edses con aguas costeras m\u00e1s profundas, donde esto abre oportunidades atractivas. DemoSATH probar\u00e1 el <strong>comportamiento offshore de la plataforma<\/strong> adem\u00e1s del <strong>procedimiento de construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> para ser utilizado en el futuro para la producci\u00f3n en masa. Las diversas secciones del flotador se prefabricar\u00e1n primero y luego se ensamblar\u00e1n para demostrar la eficiencia de la fabricaci\u00f3n industrial que hemos concebido para los pr\u00f3ximos desarrollos de parques e\u00f3licos comerciales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda SATH tambi\u00e9n demostrar\u00e1 su capacidad como <strong>habilitador de contenido local<\/strong>, en gran parte debido al uso del hormig\u00f3n como principal material de construcci\u00f3n.
