En la reci\u00e9n concluida <\/a>Seanergy 2025 <\/a>celebrada en Francia<\/strong>, la energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica flotante volvi\u00f3 a ser el centro de atenci\u00f3n del sector. Con el anuncio oficial de los planes de precios para los proyectos AO5 y AO6 en Francia, la energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica flotante en Europa se encuentra oficialmente en la l\u00ednea de salida del desarrollo comercial. En la mesa redonda \u201cFloating Hotspots & the Market Model of the Future\u201d<\/strong>\u201cFloating Hotspots & the Market Model of the Future\u201d en la Conferencia Seanergy de Par\u00eds de 2025, David Carrascosa, Director de Operaciones de Saitec Offshore Technologies, y representantes de instituciones europeas l\u00edderes como 4C Offshore Wind, OWC, BayWa re Global y EDF Renouvelables, llevaron a cabo debates en profundidad sobre cuestiones centrales como la iteraci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica, la pol\u00edtica impulsada, la construcci\u00f3n de mecanismos de gesti\u00f3n del mercado y el dise\u00f1o de la cadena industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David afirm\u00f3 que Francia tomar\u00e1 la delantera en la energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica flotante comercial:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Proyecto AO5 Sur de Breta\u00f1a (250 MW): El precio de la oferta ganadora es de 86 euros\/MWh, convirti\u00e9ndose en el primer proyecto de energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica flotante a escala comercial de Europa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Proyecto en el Mediterr\u00e1neo AO6 (2\u00d7250 MW): La cotizaci\u00f3n es de unos 85,9 euros\/MWh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • En 2025 se lanzar\u00e1 una nueva ronda de licitaciones de energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica flotante de 9,2 GW, con el objetivo de alcanzar los 18 GW de capacidad instalada para 2035.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    A trav\u00e9s de una orientaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica clara y del dise\u00f1o de mecanismos de mercado, Francia est\u00e1 estableciendo gradualmente un camino de desarrollo comercial sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Sin embargo, si Espa\u00f1a y Portugal quieren aprovechar el momento, deben actuar cuanto antes. Si no logran aclarar el mecanismo de licitaci\u00f3n, la transformaci\u00f3n portuaria y el plan de movilizaci\u00f3n de la cadena de suministro local cuanto antes, es probable que se queden atr\u00e1s en la siguiente etapa. Se recomienda aprender de la experiencia francesa y adoptar medidas con visi\u00f3n de futuro en t\u00e9rminos de sistemas, inversiones y ritmo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Promoviendo la entrega comercial con la plataforma SATH y la estrategia del cl\u00faster de fabricaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    David enfatiz\u00f3 que la compa\u00f1\u00eda est\u00e1 completamente preparada para proyectos comerciales de energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica flotante. La plataforma SATH ha superado la verificaci\u00f3n del prototipo DemoSATH y presenta ventajas t\u00e9cnicas como una estructura de hormig\u00f3n, una baja huella de carbono y una gran estabilidad.
