Ubicado en el sitio de pruebas BiMEP (Plataforma Marina de Energ\u00eda de Bizkaia), aproximadamente a 3,2 km de la costa en aguas a 85 m de profundidad, el proyecto cuenta con un aerogenerador de 2 MW sobre una plataforma de doble casco de hormig\u00f3n pretensado, construida por Saitec Offshore Technologies en colaboraci\u00f3n con RWE y The Kansai Electric Power Co. Inc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">El Mar Cant\u00e1brico, con sus <strong>exigentes condiciones marinas y de viento<\/strong>, ha proporcionado el entorno ideal para poner a prueba la tecnolog\u00eda SATH. Cada ola, r\u00e1faga y corriente ha desafiado a la plataforma, mientras que un sistema integral de sensores, SCADA y herramientas de monitoreo de condiciones ha validado continuamente su desempe\u00f1o frente a condiciones reales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingenier\u00eda y planificaci\u00f3n detallada<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Desde el principio, <strong>la planificaci\u00f3n de ingenier\u00eda<\/strong> ha sido clave: definir todos los sistemas y componentes, desarrollar modelos BIM \u201cas-built\u201d de alta calidad, calibrar modelos num\u00e9ricos con datos de WTT y anticipar problemas a largo plazo como durabilidad, accesibilidad y riesgos en la zona de salpicaduras. Los sistemas de comunicaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lidos y redundantes, junto con la interacci\u00f3n temprana con los organismos de certificaci\u00f3n, han optimizado las operaciones y reducido la carga de trabajo a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, DemoSATH ha sido concebido como una plataforma de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo. Su misi\u00f3n es recopilar datos emp\u00edricos, validar la tecnolog\u00eda SATH, perfeccionar estrategias de Operaci\u00f3n y Mantenimiento (O&amp;M) y evaluar las interacciones medioambientales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gesti\u00f3n de proyectos y operaciones optimizada<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La gesti\u00f3n efectiva se ha basado en minimizar los contratos, estimar con precisi\u00f3n las horas de ingenier\u00eda en todas las fases y enfatizar la planificaci\u00f3n y monitoreo meticulosos. Las operaciones marinas siguen planes paso a paso con la participaci\u00f3n temprana de las partes interesadas, incluyendo autoridades portuarias, remolcadores y equipos de amarre, apoyados por simulaciones virtuales para enfrentar desaf\u00edos como l\u00edmites de transferencia de tripulaci\u00f3n, necesidades de mantenimiento y pron\u00f3sticos meteorol\u00f3gicos precisos. El \u00e9xito en la construcci\u00f3n se ha basado en responsabilidades claras, coordinaci\u00f3n de interfaces, selecci\u00f3n cuidadosa de contratistas y planificaci\u00f3n de contingencias para manejar posibles interrupciones como COVID-19 o retrasos en la cadena de suministro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Logros y aprendizajes clave<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u2699\ufe0f <strong>Innovaci\u00f3n en dise\u00f1o<\/strong>: La plataforma de doble casco de hormig\u00f3n y el sistema de amarre de un \u00fanico punto mejoran la estabilidad y permiten la alineaci\u00f3n natural con el mar y el viento.<br>\ud83d\udd0e<strong>Conocimiento para el futuro <\/strong>: El monitoreo en tiempo real, las estrategias h\u00edbridas de O&amp;M y el suministro de repuestos adecuado han generado conocimientos que dar\u00e1n forma a proyectos comerciales m\u00e1s grandes.<br>\ud83c\udf0d<strong>Responsabilidad ambiental<\/strong>: estudios de biodiversidad marina, ruido submarino, y monitoreo de aves y murci\u00e9lagos ayudan a demostrar que la energ\u00eda renovable marina puede crecer en armon\u00eda con los ecosistemas.<br>\ud83d\udcca<strong>Relevancia econ\u00f3mica<\/strong>: El seguimiento de OPEX, la participaci\u00f3n de la cadena de suministro en Bilbao y \u00e1reas circundantes, y la modelizaci\u00f3n financiera fortalecen que la energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica marina flotante sea competitiva y escalable.<br>\u2714\ufe0f<strong>Credibilidad<\/strong>: La certificaci\u00f3n de prototipo por Bureau Veritas aporta confianza en el camino desde la demostraci\u00f3n hasta la escala industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que comenz\u00f3 en Bilbao como un prototipo se ha convertido en un referente de energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica flotante.
