Hace apenas unas semanas, debatimos sobre la urgente necesidad de medidas regulatorias<\/a> para liberar el potencial mar\u00edtimo de Espa\u00f1a. Hoy, esa petici\u00f3n ha sido atendida. Con el lanzamiento oficial de la consulta p\u00fablica para establecer el sistema de subastas para la energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica marina, Espa\u00f1a finalmente da pasos para hacer realidad las ambiciones del sector y explotar todo el potencial de esta fuente de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como desarrollador de tecnolog\u00eda espa\u00f1ol, esta luz verde es justo lo que est\u00e1bamos esperando. Durante mucho tiempo, nuestro sector ha advertido que, a pesar de contar con una industria naval, un sector mar\u00edtimo-portuario y la capacidad de ingenier\u00eda que ya han convertido a Espa\u00f1a en un referente internacional en la cadena de valor de la energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica marina, la falta de un calendario claro estaba creando un cuello de botella. Este hito inicia el proceso de definici\u00f3n del marco para el primer procedimiento de licitaci\u00f3n competitiva del pa\u00eds, centrado en tres pilares fundamentales: marco econ\u00f3mico, acceso a la red y concesiones de dominio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cerrando la brecha regulatoria<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Espa\u00f1a aspira a alcanzar de 1 a 3 GW de energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica marina flotante para 2030<\/b><\/a>. Este objetivo representa hasta el 40 % del objetivo total de la UE para esta energ\u00eda. La reciente consulta p\u00fablica del Ministerio para la Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica (MITECO) aborda las principales preocupaciones del sector. Este proceso es la evoluci\u00f3n natural de la Hoja de Ruta para el Desarrollo de la Energ\u00eda E\u00f3lica Marina y Marina<\/b>, publicada en diciembre de 2021. Dicho documento estableci\u00f3 23 l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n dise\u00f1adas para consolidar la posici\u00f3n de Espa\u00f1a como l\u00edder mundial en la cadena de valor mar\u00edtima, garantizando al mismo tiempo un despliegue ordenado y respetuoso con el medio ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al agilizar el proceso para los promotores, el Gobierno finalmente avanza para proporcionar certeza regulatoria necesaria para las inversiones a gran escala y a largo plazo que definen los proyectos offshore<\/b>. Es un paso necesario, pero la clave reside en garantizar que los plazos para los pr\u00f3ximos hitos no se retrasen<\/b> (proyecto de orden, audiencia p\u00fablica y per\u00edodo de informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, aprobaci\u00f3n final e inicio del procedimiento). Necesitamos un continuo trabajo \u00e1gil y predecible para asegurar y consolidar las inversiones.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
