Para ampliar su escala y ofrecer una fuente de <strong>energ\u00eda fiable y competitiva en costes<\/strong>, Saitec Offshore Technologies se ha integrado en el Proyecto Piloto 1 del proyecto europeo <a href=\"https:\/\/claner.es\/i3float\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">I3FLOAT Project<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>En el marco de I3FLOAT<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Cofinanciado por la <strong>Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong>  en el marco de la convocatoria I3-2024-INV1, I3FLOAT es una iniciativa de 36 meses que re\u00fane a 24 socios, incluidos  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saitec.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Saitec <\/a>y Saitec Offshore Technologies, en 8 pa\u00edses. El objetivo es estrictamente operativo: probar tecnolog\u00edas pioneras en entornos reales para reducir las incertidumbres, disminuir el coste nivelado de la energ\u00eda y construir una cadena de suministro interregional s\u00f3lida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Impulsando la tecnolog\u00eda SATH en el programa piloto 1<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Dentro de este proyecto, el Piloto 1 sirve como campo de pruebas para las innovaciones en torno a nuestra tecnolog\u00eda <a href=\"https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/es\/sath\" target=\"_self\">SATH (Swinging Around Twin Hulls)<\/a>.  Estamos trabajando directamente en tres \u00e1reas t\u00e9cnicas principales junto con socios especializados:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><td><strong>Colaborador<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>\u00c1rea de innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Alcance<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Aventa<\/strong><\/td><td>Sistema de interconexi\u00f3n de cables - Inter Array Cable (IAC) System<\/td><td>An\u00e1lisis meteoce\u00e1nico, dise\u00f1o el\u00e9ctrico de secciones transversales y configuraciones de amarre.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>France \u00c9nergies Marines (FEM)<\/strong><\/td><td>Gemelo digital y previsi\u00f3n<\/td><td>Integraci\u00f3n de sensores en tiempo real, modelado aero-servo-hidroel\u00e1stico e inteligencia artificial.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>IngZero<\/strong><\/td><td>Hormig\u00f3n reforzado con fibras<\/td><td>Innovaciones estructurales, an\u00e1lisis de fatiga y procesos de industrializaci\u00f3n.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alcance detallado de los trabajos<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco de este proyecto, estamos trabajando en las siguientes innovaciones espec\u00edficas para optimizar el rendimiento y la fiabilidad de la plataforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sistema de interconexi\u00f3n de cables - Inter Array Cable (IAC) System con Aventa<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El proyecto contempla la selecci\u00f3n de dos emplazamientos de instalaci\u00f3n: Galicia, con una profundidad de agua de 150 m, y el Golfo de Le\u00f3n, con una profundidad de agua de 65 m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los equipos de ingenier\u00eda est\u00e1n ejecutando el dise\u00f1o de la secci\u00f3n transversal, que incluye la definici\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica de la secci\u00f3n y el an\u00e1lisis local.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El trabajo tambi\u00e9n incluye el dise\u00f1o de la configuraci\u00f3n del sistema de amarre para el emplazamiento de Galicia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/es\/projects\/demosath\/\">Gemelo digital y modelo de predicci\u00f3n <\/a>en DemoSATH, en colaboraci\u00f3n con France Energies Marines (FEM)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Para aumentar la fidelidad de la simulaci\u00f3n, se introducen mediciones f\u00edsicas reales en el modelo num\u00e9rico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un objetivo principal es el desarrollo de modelos de predicci\u00f3n del estado de salud y del comportamiento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esta capacidad de predicci\u00f3n se logra mediante el uso de t\u00e9cnicas de IA y redes neuronales para aprender las dependencias entre variables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hormig\u00f3n reforzado con fibras junto con IngZero<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se centra en el desarrollo de innovaciones estructurales, considerando el uso de hormig\u00f3n de alta resistencia, hormig\u00f3n reforzado con fibras o acero para partes espec\u00edficas de la plataforma flotante SATH.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una tarea clave es determinar c\u00f3mo el aspecto de la fatiga afecta el dise\u00f1o de la plataforma o sus elementos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estamos realizando un estudio econ\u00f3mico comparativo entre el hormig\u00f3n reforzado con fibras y el hormig\u00f3n de alta resistencia o incluso el acero para partes espec\u00edficas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El objetivo final es definir estrategias para aumentar la vida \u00fatil y reducir los costos de mantenimiento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"724\" src=\"https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/02-Piloto-Saitec-Pais_Vasco-1024x724.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22998\" style=\"width:780px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/02-Piloto-Saitec-Pais_Vasco-1024x724.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/02-Piloto-Saitec-Pais_Vasco-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/02-Piloto-Saitec-Pais_Vasco-150x106.jpg 150w, https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/02-Piloto-Saitec-Pais_Vasco-768x543.jpg 768w, https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/02-Piloto-Saitec-Pais_Vasco-1536x1086.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/02-Piloto-Saitec-Pais_Vasco-2048x1448.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/02-Piloto-Saitec-Pais_Vasco-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/02-Piloto-Saitec-Pais_Vasco-206x146.jpg 206w, https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/02-Piloto-Saitec-Pais_Vasco-50x35.jpg 50w, https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/02-Piloto-Saitec-Pais_Vasco-106x75.jpg 106w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:63px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Las actividades de ingenier\u00eda dentro del Piloto 1 ya est\u00e1n en marcha.
