Saitec Offshore Technologies es l\u00edder de IN2FLOAT,<\/strong>un nuevo proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n dirigido al desarrollo de metodolog\u00edas, modelos y soluciones necesarias para avanzar hacia la la industrializaci\u00f3n y la producci\u00f3n en serie de flotaci\u00f3n de plataformas para e\u00f3lica marina.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proyecto se basa en la experiencia de Saitec con su Tecnolog\u00eda SATH (Swinging Around Twin Hull<\/strong> ) <\/a>y, en particular, con DemoSATH,<\/a>su demostrador a escala real que se encuentra instalado en BiMEP, frente a la costa de Armintza (Vizcaya). Tras la validaci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda y el conocimiento adquirido durante su operaci\u00f3n, el siguiente reto es prepararse para preparar su evoluci\u00f3n hacia un modelo industrial capaz de responder a los futuros ritmos de despliegue de la e\u00f3lica flotante.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IN2FLOAT ya est\u00e1 en marcha.<\/strong> El proyecto celebr\u00f3 recientemente su reuni\u00f3n de lanzamiento<\/strong>, donde nuestra ingeniera de I+D, Ane Cortina<\/strong>, present\u00f3 los aspectos clave del proyecto a los socios del consorcio, ayudando a alinear las diferentes \u00e1reas de especializaci\u00f3n y a definir los pr\u00f3ximos pasos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Del demostrador a la producci\u00f3n en serie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

La industrializaci\u00f3n de la e\u00f3lica flotante requiere evolucionar desde soluciones desarrolladas proyecto a proyecto hacia procesos m\u00e1s modulares, estandarizados, repetibles y escalables.<\/strong>IN2FLOAT abordar\u00e1 este reto considerando de forma conjunta el dise\u00f1o de las plataformas, su fabricaci\u00f3n, log\u00edstica, transporte, instalaci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proyecto investigar\u00e1 metodolog\u00edas de Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA)<\/strong> y Design for Installation and Operation (DfOI)<\/strong> espec\u00edficamente adaptadas a la e\u00f3lica flotante, buscando reducir la complejidad, optimizar interfaces y facilitar tanto la producci\u00f3n en serie como las operaciones offshore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, se desarrollar\u00e1 un marco avanzado de co-simulaci\u00f3n multidominio<\/strong> que permitir\u00e1 evaluar virtualmente diferentes alternativas antes de su ejecuci\u00f3n, integrando aspectos relacionados con dise\u00f1o, fabricaci\u00f3n, log\u00edstica e instalaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La investigaci\u00f3n abarcar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n nuevos materiales, uniones y sistemas de protecci\u00f3n<\/strong>conceptos de fabricaci\u00f3n en serie y automatizaci\u00f3n, modelos avanzados de transporte e instalaci\u00f3n offshore y soluciones innovadoras de fondeo, conexi\u00f3n y control din\u00e1mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todo el conocimiento generado ser\u00e1 integrado en una plataforma transversal de conocimiento<\/strong>conectando requisitos, dise\u00f1os, modelos, m\u00e9tricas y resultados para facilitar la toma de decisiones a lo largo del proceso de industrializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una visi\u00f3n industrial integrada<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

IN2FLOAT adopta una aproximaci\u00f3n sist\u00e9mica en la que la plataforma flotante se analiza como un producto industrial completo<\/strong>y no \u00fanicamente como un conjunto de componentes independientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proyecto incorpora adem\u00e1s un enfoque basado en el an\u00e1lisis de modos de fallo y criticidad (FMECA)<\/strong>permitiendo trasladar los principales riesgos t\u00e9cnicos y operativos a requisitos de dise\u00f1o desde las primeras etapas de desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un proyecto tractor para la industria vasca<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

El consorcio IN2FLOAT a\u00fana las capacidades de la ingenier\u00eda offshore, fabricaci\u00f3n, materiales, componentes, log\u00edstica, digitalizaci\u00f3n y simulaci\u00f3n para abordar uno de los principales desaf\u00edos de cara a la pr\u00f3xima etapa en el desarrollo de la e\u00f3lica marina flotante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las empresas participantes son: Saitec Offshore Technologies, Core Marine, Ditrel Industrial, Beugin Garay, Glual Energy, Hine, GH Cranes & Components, Innomat, Erreka y Navacel Process Industries<\/strong>, junto con Segula Technologies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre los organismos de investigaci\u00f3n y tecnolog\u00eda participantes se encuentran: Tecnalia, Ikerlan, Mondragon Unibertsitatea, Vicomtech y Cidetec,<\/strong>con la participaci\u00f3n de BASQUENERGY Cluster<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proyecto est\u00e1 alineado con las prioridades de la Estrategia Tecnol\u00f3gica de E\u00f3lica Flotante del Pa\u00eds Vasco<\/strong> y con las l\u00edneas europeas de investigaci\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n identificadas por ETIPWind, reforzando las capacidades industriales y tecnol\u00f3gicas de Euskadi en un sector estrat\u00e9gico para la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proyecto IN2FLOAT est\u00e1 financiado por el programa ELKARTEK 2026 del Gobierno Vasco y por el Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (FEDER).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
