{"id":6813,"date":"2023-02-01T09:27:31","date_gmt":"2023-02-01T08:27:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/?p=6813"},"modified":"2023-05-04T12:25:22","modified_gmt":"2023-05-04T10:25:22","slug":"haritza-metallurgical-waste-recovery","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saitec-offshore.com\/es\/haritza-metallurgical-waste-recovery\/","title":{"rendered":"Haritza, recuperaci\u00f3n de los residuos metal\u00fargicos\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"tw-target-text\">HARITZA (Roble, Quercus robur en lat\u00edn, duro, con fortaleza y perseverancia) tiene por objetivo la perseverancia en la Investigaci\u00f3n para la recuperaci\u00f3n de <strong>residuos complejos en el sector metal\u00fargico,<\/strong>buscando tambi\u00e9n alternativas al residuo generado que aporte valor a otras industrias. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">As\u00ed, el proyecto HARITZA est\u00e1 centrado en <strong>la recuperaci\u00f3n de las distintas tipolog\u00edas de subproductos residuales <\/strong>que genera la industria metal\u00fargica (cer\u00e1micos y met\u00e1licos), sin alterar la materia prima para que pueda ser reutilizada sin p\u00e9rdida de propiedades a la hora de ser utilizada en los distintos puntos de utilizaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Por ejemplo, en el caso de los metales, es posible reciclarlos constantemente casi de forma infinita; obteniendo una reutilizaci\u00f3n superior al 90%. Por tanto, la cadena de valor de reciclaje de metales de la UE y en particular de Euskadi, contribuye a reducir la dependencia de materiales importados y asegura el abastecimiento para la fabricaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de infraestructuras b\u00e1sicas (construcci\u00f3n, comunicaci\u00f3n, transporte\u2026). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">La industria de la fundici\u00f3n desempe\u00f1a un importante papel en el reciclaje de los materiales met\u00e1licos. Las chatarras procedentes del fin de la vida \u00fatil de componentes de acero, hierro, aluminio o cobre pueden refundirse y dar lugar a nuevos productos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Sin embargo, el sector tiene un serio problema en materiales necesarios para fabricar el producto que realizan como son los refractarios de los hornos, los finos cer\u00e1micos y met\u00e1licos del propio proceso, as\u00ed como muchos de los materiales empleados. En este contexto surge la necesidad de <strong>buscar alternativas al vertido para aquellos residuos que en un principio no son \u00fatiles para la fundici\u00f3n pero que pueden ser \u00fatiles en otros usos.<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"translation-block\">En este proyecto participan hasta 10 empresas entre las que se encuentra Saitec, encargada de realizar <strong>el ecodise\u00f1o, investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de nuevos hormigones descarbonizados y de alta durabilidad en entornos marinos a partir de minerales industriales valorizados<\/strong>.
