Como parte del evento de conexi\u00f3n de DemoSATH<\/a>, celebrado el 18 de septiembre, invitamos a expertos del sector de la energ\u00eda y las renovables<\/strong> a participar en este encuentro en el que pudieron compartir su visi\u00f3n sobre el futuro de la tecnolog\u00eda e\u00f3lica mariana<\/strong> y el viaje que ha comenzado con DemoSATH para Euskadi y Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El panel fue moderado por David Carrascosa, Director de Operaciones de Saitec Offshore Technologies, y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Hormaeche<\/strong>, Director del Cluster de Energ\u00eda del Pa\u00eds Vasco. Esta entidad, compuesta por m\u00e1s de 200 asociados, se dedica a promover el papel de las empresas vascas y avanzar en el futuro de la tecnolog\u00eda e\u00f3lica marina flotante en la regi\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, Be\u00f1at Sanz<\/strong>, Responsable de APPA Marina, represent\u00f3 a esta asociaci\u00f3n que, desde 1987, re\u00fane a empresas y entidades cuyo prop\u00f3sito es el uso de fuentes de energ\u00eda renovable en todas sus formas. Por \u00faltimo, particip\u00f3 Javier Marqu\u00e9s<\/strong>, Director de Promoci\u00f3n en EVE, la Agencia de Energ\u00eda del Gobierno Vasco creada para sentar las bases de una pol\u00edtica energ\u00e9tica basada en la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, la diversificaci\u00f3n de fuentes de energ\u00eda y la promoci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas renovables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Respecto a la regulaci\u00f3n y la coexistencia entre la e\u00f3lica marina y las actividades en el mar, Be\u00f1at Sanz<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que \"toda actividad humana tiene un impacto y es crucial minimizarlo\". Las \u00e1reas marinas en Espa\u00f1a est\u00e1n ampliamente protegidas pero la coexistencia es necesaria. Es importante hacer una planificaci\u00f3n adecuada, escuchar a todos y que exista un equilibrio, \"pero es indudable que hay unas ciertas contraprestaciones encima de la mesa que no se pueden evitar\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El quid de la cuesti\u00f3n es ser industrial para generar riqueza en la cadena de suministro local. Hay ya una hoja de ruta y contamos con los POEM (planes de ordenaci\u00f3n del espacio mar\u00edtimo) pero falta trabajo por hacer, falta regulaci\u00f3n, aspectos administrativos relativos a la conexi\u00f3n a la red, entre otros.<\/p>Be\u00f1at Sanz<\/strong>, <\/strong>Responsable de APPA Marina<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Sobre el papel de Euskadi, Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Hormaeche<\/strong>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el m\u00e9rito de atraer eventos como WindEurope a Bilbao, es de las empresas, la cadena de valor que existe. Adem\u00e1s afirm\u00f3 que \"en Europa debe haber muchos DemoSATH\" y que le gustar\u00eda que Europa hiciese \"lo que fuese necesario para conseguir liderar la e\u00f3lica marina flotante\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(En el Pa\u00eds Vasco) Tenemos una tradici\u00f3n industrial que nos permite ser competitivos. Cuando se le pregunt\u00f3 acerca de los principales desaf\u00edos de la industria, Javier Marqu\u00e9s<\/strong> indic\u00f3 que el fundamental \"agilizar los procesos administrativos para que los proyectos piloto o demostradores no se vayan a otros lugares; en algunos pa\u00edses como Alemania, pr\u00e1cticamente pueden hacerlo al d\u00eda siguiente\". Tambi\u00e9n enfatiz\u00f3 que otro aspecto importante y pendiente es determinar el esquema de remuneraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Euskadi solo podemos recurrir a la e\u00f3lica marina flotante a pesar de que tenemos limitaciones de kil\u00f3metros de costa y no contamos con el mejor recurso e\u00f3lico, por eso la apuesta es el impulso al desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico e industrial.
