EuropeWave - Achieve

In the dynamic landscape of renewable energy, one initiative is making waves of innovation and progress. The EuropeWave Project, following a rigorous evaluation of designs from five projects in its second phase, has now advanced three successful projects to phase 3 and the ACHIEVE Project, in which we are involved, has secured a spot in the next phase.

For this exciting journey, there is a consortium led by Carnegie Clean Energy, in collaboration with other forward-thinking companies, including Saitec Offshore Technologies. Together, we are set to embark on an ambitious mission—to fabricate, deploy, and demonstrate a CETO wave energy device prototype. This innovative technology represents a significant leap forward in the quest for sustainable energy solutions.

The wave energy device prototype developed as part of this initiative will not remain a concept on paper. It will be installed in BiMEP (like our DemoSATH project), and once operational, connected to the grid.

This development sets the stage for a brighter and more sustainable future, as we delve into harnessing the immense power of wave energy.

The EuropeWave project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme under grant agreement No 883751
