This panel of experts will be held within the framework of the Floating Offshore Wind Conference: Challenges and Opportunities in Spain, organised by the Environmental Hydraulics Institute of Cantabria (IHCantabria) and the Sea of Innovation Cantabria Cluster (SICC), held on 25 and 26 March at the facilities of the Environmental Hydraulics Institute of Cantabria, in Santander.
