10th Anniversary of Saitec Offshore Technologies

Coinciding with our participation at WindEurope in Madrid, we recently gathered to celebrate the 10th anniversary as a company. An event that served not only to commemorate our journey but to reaffirm our leadership in the floating offshore wind sector.

Beyond being a forum for strategic discussions and shared perspectives, our time at WindEurope 2026 was a chance to celebrate our progress with a touch of the fun that defines our team culture. Throughout the event, our stand became a meeting point for long-standing partners and “old friends,” allowing us to further strengthen the bonds that have been fundamental to our growth.

Equally important was the interest among new industry players. These new connections have recognized SATH as a solution for the evolving challenges of the offshore market, positioning our technology as a key driver for the next generation of floating wind projects.

Reflecting on these ten years, the journey has been defined by steady evolution. We have navigated a wide range of scenarios, from calm seas to the most demanding storms At the heart of this success remains our diverse, multidisciplinary team. Our “crew” brings together global perspectives that converge naturally to solve complex engineering challenges in our own unique way.

Hands-on innovation

During our anniversary celebration, guests were invited to experience the core of our engineering firsthand. By participating in the assembly of the SATH solution, attendees witnessed how our design has evolved to further optimize large-scale industrial deployment.

This evolution is the natural result of ten years of shared learning and, above all, the hands-on experience we have gained with DemoSATH. Since we installed it in Armintza back in 2023, our demonstrator has truly held its own against the Bay of Biscay’s toughest conditions.
For us, DemoSATH has been much more than just a technical milestone. Every challenge we have faced out there and every insight we have gathered from the waves has been folded back into our current design. It’s this real-world experience that makes us so confident in what we do today: offering a solution that isn’t just a concept on paper, but a proven, solid reality ready for the next big step in floating wind.
