WindEnergy Hamburg 2026

One of the key dates on the wind industry calendar this second half of the year will take us to Hamburg, where WindEnergy Hamburg 2026 will bring together the global wind energy sector from 22 to 25 September.

Saitec Offshore Technologies will once again be part of this major international meeting point for the onshore and offshore wind industry, providing an opportunity to meet our team, exchange perspectives with industry partners and share the latest developments around our floating wind technology and projects.

DemoSATH on the Offshore Stage

One of the highlights of our participation will take place on 23 September at 14:45, when Immanuel Capano will take the Offshore Stage for a session dedicated to DemoSATH.

The presentation will provide an overview of the DemoSATH demonstration project in Spain and the experience gained from taking floating wind technology to full scale and operating it under real offshore conditions.

Beyond DemoSATH itself, the session will explore the broader role of full-scale demonstration projects in the development of floating offshore wind: validating technology in real conditions, generating operational knowledge, building confidence across the industry and supporting the transition towards commercial-scale deployment.

After almost three years of operation at BiMEP, DemoSATH provides a valuable real-world case study of how demonstration projects can help bridge the gap between technology development and commercial maturity.
